GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, an exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Science with seven Indian Institutes of Technology in Roorkee, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Bombay. The exams are designed to test comprehension and understand of science and engineering at the undergraduate level. Facts about GATE
